I then made our largest purchase and something that I did not have experience in with closing on 22 acres of land for development.

I bought and sold a fix/flip project through Brian Furer at VIP in 2019. What a great company. It was a non-standard purchase, and Brian referred me to a financing company for non-FHA loans. When the renovation was done, Brian and his team got it sold quickly and professionally, handling with ease the hiccups that arose. Highly recommended!
