I was lucky to have VIP Real Estate with two recent closings. We sold a flip house for more than expected only due to Brian's strategy in the midst of an unfavorable market. I then made our largest purchase and something that I did not have experience in with closing on 22 acres of land for development.

Being prior military we have bought & sold many houses over the years using our VA loan. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and got us under contract in a multiple offer situation using our VA loan. I bought and sold a fix/flip project through Brian Furer at VIP in 2019. What a great company. It was a non-standard purchase, and Brian referred me to a financing company for non-FHA loans. When the renovation was done, Brian and his team got it sold quickly and professionally, handling with ease the hiccups that arose. Highly recommended!

Kristen is seriously the best realtor out there! She is so fun, bubbly, and personable. She really cares about her clients, paying attention to their needs/wants while also maintaining a level of honesty that is needed when making the big decisions that come with buying/selling a house. Kristen helped me sell my first home and was a rockstar helping get the house picture perfect ready for showings/listing, helping get repairs scheduled, and working through all the nitty gritty details. She then helped me buy the house of my dreams—from going to look at several houses until I found the one, to negotiating a deal that worked for us, and consoling me when I thought id never find the one. She also purchases a home warranty for her clients, which has truly been a godsend on both the buying and selling side! She truly cares about her clients, but also wants the experience to be perfect no matter what side of the table you’re on. Could not say enough wonderful things about her!
